A day in the shop.

After only one month of school, the students have created some amazing pieces. The latest project was a free standing riveted sculpture. This was great challenge because they had only created 2-D work to this point. The requirements for the project included: at least 2 pieces of metal (brass, copper,) a minimum of 2 rivets, some bent metal and texture. Here are the students hard at work in the studio.
